Terms of Service

WellStaged is operated by Relay Capital LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. Questions: support@wellstaged.app.

You upload photos of property, choose a room type and furnishing style, and we use AI to generate staged versions of those photos. Staging adds furniture and decor. It is not meant to change the property itself: walls, windows, floors, fixtures, the view and visible wear or damage should stay as they are, and we decline requests to enlarge rooms, hide damage or alter structure.

AI output can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing every image before you use it, and for making sure it is not misleading in your listing.

Downloads carry a “Virtually staged” label by default, and your original photo stays available to you. Please keep staged images disclosed as such. Rules for labelling virtually staged photos vary by MLS and by location, and you are responsible for following them. We do not claim that our images meet any particular MLS’s requirements.

You sign in with an emailed link. Keep your account secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You must have the right to upload the photos you submit, including the right to have them edited and to receive the edited versions.

You buy prepaid credits in packs (1 credit for $5, 10 credits for $29, 30 credits for $69, 100 credits for $179). There is no subscription. Payments are handled by Stripe; we don’t see or store your card details.

• Previews are free: you can preview 5 photos before buying, and see the staged options before spending anything.
• One credit unlocks one photo in full resolution, with 10 revisions included and unlimited re-downloads.
• A failed or stopped staging never uses a credit or a revision.

Credits never expire. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals: each pack is a one-time purchase.

• Unused credits: you can ask for a refund of the unused portion of a pack within 30 days of buying it. It is prorated per credit and goes back to the original payment method. To ask, email support@wellstaged.app.
• Credits already used to unlock a photo aren’t refundable: the full-resolution photo was delivered and stays available to re-download.
• Our fidelity promise: if a staged result changes the room itself (walls, windows, fixtures) or hides damage, and your included revisions can’t fix it, we return the credit. Up to 2 such reports per account every 30 days are re-credited automatically; beyond that, our support team reviews them individually.
• A failed or stopped staging never uses a credit or a revision.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give us permission to store, process and edit them, and to send them to our AI image-generation provider, so we can provide the service. Staged results are yours to use for your listings, subject to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your data, including that we use your photos to improve staging quality only if you opt in.

Please don’t use the service to:

• upload photos you don’t have the right to use, or content that is illegal or harmful;
• misrepresent a property, hide damage or defects, or change its structure or size;
• interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses, or get around its limits and protections;
• resell or provide access to the service without our permission.

We may limit or suspend accounts that break these rules.

The service is provided “as is” and may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. We may update these terms; if a change is material we’ll tell you in the app or by email, and continued use means you accept it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Wisconsin law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these terms or the service will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, except where applicable law gives you rights that cannot be waived or requires a different venue.
